Chicken Meat, Modified Starch (Tapioca), Wheat Flour, Breadcrumbs, Palm Oil, Soy Protein, Egg White Powder, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder and White Pepper Powder.

Contains Monosodium L-glutamate (E621), Disodium 5′-inosinate (E631), Disodium 5′-guanylate (E627) as Permitted Flavour Enhancer, Emulsifier (E452), Thickeners (E415), Transglutaminase as Permitted Food Conditioner, Permitted Flavouring and Seasoning Substance.

  1. Heat the oil to 175°C – 185°C.
  2. Without defrosting the Breaded Chicken Balls, add it into the hot oil.
  3. Deep-fry the chicken balls at 175⁰C – 185⁰C for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Ready to serve.
CAUTION: Do not defrost the product.
